Remember all those weekends ago when Lana Del Rey was cruising home from Coachella and was just so moved by the events of the world — the tensions between the US and North Korea, specifically — that she just had to chill for a minute and write a song? Well that song is finally here.
Titled ‘Woodstock In My Mind’, which is controversial for some considering its Coachella roots, the track is a smooth LDR jam. Not unlike the a capella version she first shared on Instagram.
With the track comes a small note direct from the desk of Lana, explaining how blessed she is and promising a video soon:
