For the second time around, Mambo have enlisted photographer Byron Spencer and stylist Peter Simon Phillips to go hard on the nostalgia and neon palette in a new campaign.
The summer collection from the label, called ‘Audacious Australiana’ celebrates everything you reckon a Mambo collection would: “It’s a road trip with your mates to your favourite surf spot while ‘Great Southern Land’ by Icehouse blares out of your Holden Sandman speakers.”
Byron and PSP have done a good job mining their childhood memories and translating them into this fairly acid-induced campaign. And if that doesn’t make you wanna steal your brother’s poo-shooter tee to impress the boys at the back of the bus, idk what will.
