Louis Vuitton closed Fashion Month to a standing ovation, and to a soundtrack and visual from the forever stunning SOPHIE. A huge moment for the new icon, but also for transgender visibility among the global fashion elite.
A dark an “minimalist runway” was lit by a projection on a wall of the venue, SOPHIE appears onscreen and sings an extended version of ‘It’s Okay to Cry’. She sung the entire duration of the show, right up until Nicolas Ghesquiere took his bow. Witness the magic:
