A$AP Rocky x Mr Porter

Rockin', rollin', swaggin' to the max.

Kanye West, kilt pioneeranti-corporate activist and occassional designer, may no longer be the most fashionable rapper of all time. A$AP Rocky is quickly making a name for himself as a hip hop star turned style icon having collaborated with Raf Simons and oki-ni, and closing Hood By Air's NYFW show — not to mention he also holds the world record for name-dropping designers in 'Fashion Killa'.

The self-proclaimed pretty motherfucker features in Mr Porter's upcoming Music issue which launches tomorrow. In the five-page editorial (above) he reps some of his favourite labels including Givenchy, Ann Demeulemeester, Rick Owens, Jil Sander and Margiela. "I'm not your average rapper. For us to be thugs and admire high fashion is kind of odd, but people like it," he says in the accompanying interview.

The purple drank enthusiast also speaks about misconceptions people have about him due to his impeccable dress sense: "People say I'm gay sometimes but I have a lot of bitches so why would I care? It doesn't bother me at all. You know why the say that? Because they can't say that I suck, they can't say that I'm not handsome, and they cant say that my lyrics are wack, so they say that I'm gay because they don't have anything on me."

For your chance to be as #fashion as A$AP himself, Mr Porter has just launched a competition where four winners will each take home a £2000 voucher to spend on the site. All you have to do is upload your most stylish selfie on Instagram with the tag #MRPORTERGS along with your location. The photos will then be shared on Mr Porter's interactive world map. The four photos with the most likes will win.

See A$AP live when he tours Australia this June!
