Courtney Love Loses Rights to Kurt's Image to Frances Bean
Courtney couldn't pay Frances back, leaving Frances the sole owner of Kurt's likeness.
In a legal decision that is sure to send Courtney spiralling further into an abyss of regret and hopelessness, Frances Bean has usurped her mum (ie. the woman she simply refers to as her "biological mother") as the sole owner of her father's image. The decision comes after Courtney borrowed $2.75 million out of Frances' trust fund back in 2010 and has yet to pay it back. As it stands, Courtney owns about 60 percent of Kurt's estate and Frances owns the remaining 40. Courtney has yet to comment on Twitter, though when she does there is sure to be plenty of emotive language and an abundance of typos.
