Daria Werbowy: she of Canadian heritage and doe-eyed appeal, has cropped up as the star of Maiyet's SS12 campaign. The shoot took place at Brooklyn's historic Floyd Bennett Field and was directed by photographer Cass Bird, who also got behind the lens for Urban Outfitters March catalogue and recently signed copies of her new book. No arbitrary location, Floyd Bennett was the site of the first East-to-West Coast airplane flight in the US, with the shoot taking place on the milestone's hundredth anniversary.
