The Deyn Duo Design for Uniqlo
Emily Deyn, Agyness Deyn's little sister, has collaborated with Uniqlo on a new t-shirt and tank top line. The collection is based on Polaroids that the sisters took of themselves doing their favourite things around New York. This isn't the younger Miss Deyn's first foray into fashion. Last year she received a heap of attention after Agyness was snapped backstage at the Anna Sui fall '09 show wearing a t-shirt that Emily (and friend Aliyah Hussain) had made for her birthday. The t-shirt, which featured the Queen in sunglasses, grabbed attention the world over. Deyn and Hussain then went on to create a charity line of shirts and vests for the Mine Advisory Group. Originally, Uniqlo had approached Agyness about creating her own range, but the model kindly put her little sister's hand up for the job instead. It's nice to see her little sister enjoying some of the spotlight - sharing is caring, after all.
