Exclusive: Dion Lee Line II Spring 2012 Lookbook

This isn't July — this is The Month of Dion Lee. He blew everyone's socks off with his Resort collection, was announced a few weeks ago as the Australian winner of the International Woolmark Prize, and now he has released his latest (and perhaps greatest!) outing for diffusion offshoot Line II.
The Spring 2012 collection, which drops in store today, sees a luxe-lad aesthetic where sporty nylon sits alongside silk shirting. Windbreakers and track pants are adapted into refined and elegant garments; you can imagine them with pointed pumps and leather clutches, not Reeboks and bum bags. Track bra tops and cut-out dresses pick up on the athletic spirit.
Rene Vaile shot the lookbook, featuring Rachel Rutt along with models to watch Kendall Walters, Madi Blampied and Gabby Westbrook-Patrick.
