Exclusive: Emma Mulholland AW13 Lookbook

Spaced Out.

A little while ago we got to go behind-the-scenes on Emma Mulholland's AW13 lookbook shoot, and now the quality of our lives have been improved even further with the arrival of the final shots.

The 'Spaced Out' collection was inspired by aliens and Ancient Egypt, featuring holograms, metallics, sequins and shiny brocade. Emma has been living in Bali, the influence of which also comes through in friendship bracelet backpacks, batik and tie dye (not present: hair braids and henna tattoos). A few different alien prints carry throughout the collection, which look like they could've been inspired by Hot Tuna board shorts circa 1994 (this is a good thing), while stand out pieces include the pyramid-embroidered varsity jacket and the 'Abducted Scarab' dress which features ornate, extraterrestrial beading. Take us to your leader.

See the lookbook above starring Anja Konstantinova and Matt Saville, shot by Byron Spencer (who we recently interviewed) and styled by Pauly Bonomelli.
