Exclusive: Pageant + HTRK
A video featuring Frida Kahlo brows and killer death stares.
This new video from the Pageant AW12 collection features an exclusive track from Melbourne's HTRK, interviewed by Oyster for issue #93. The film is entitled 'Wet Dream' and (get your mind out of the gutter) the meaning's literal, with textures that mimic sea waves and waterproof materials seen throughout the collection.
This is the second collection from Melbourne menswear design duo Amanda Cumming and Kate Reynolds. The designers draw inspiration from US Navy SEAL uniforms, think less training more swag.
The film features a Frida Kahlo brow, a dance studio come prison, and models that look like the cast of a contemporary Clockwork Orange, repping space suits and killer death stares.
The featured HTRK track is a preview form their new EP due out later this year.
