BFFs Kate Moss and George Michael have teamed up to star on the cover of the October issue of Vogue Paris, following a redesign of the magazine. The supermodel appears alongside the singer/lover of models in an editorial spread photographed by Mario Testino and styled by Editor-in-Chief Emmanuelle Alt.
But it's the cover image that's really getting people talking, and if the internet is an accurate extension of reality (it is), then opinions are très divided over everything from the styling, new typeface, composition and the inclusion of George Michael — with one Fashion Spot commenter saying, "It looks like a paparazzi shot taken at Madame Tussauds." Woah there, avatar 'mikel', need we remind you of the legacy of George Michael? The man was making fashion films (disguised as music videos) before fashion films even existed. Show some respect!
So is it Vogue enough? Or, much like George Michael's latest film clip for 'White Light', starring (you guessed it) Kate Moss, does it fall flat?
