Listen: Previously Unheard Aaliyah ft. Drake

Following rumours that he is to produce her posthumous album.

Following on from rumours that everyone's favourite Degrassi: Next Generation actor turned rapper Drake would executive produce a posthumous Aaliyah album, a previously unheard Aaliyah song has been released featuring a verse from Drizzy himself.

It's not yet known if the track 'Enough Said' is part of a bigger album project or a one-off release. Timbaland, who along with Missy Elliot produced Aaliyah's album One In A Million, doesn't know either. He recently spoke with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, saying, "I don't know what going on. The proper way to do that would be for me, him [Drake] and Missy to be all on the record. For it to be on his record, that would not be right."

Timbaland produced and featured on one of Aaliyah's biggest hits, 'Try Again', which was released a year before her death.

One thing is for sure though — Drake is about as big of an Aaliyah fan as they come. He sampled her song 'At Your Best (You Are Love)' on his track 'Unforgettable', and is accumulating quite the collection of Aaliyah-related tattoos. Days ago, he got '416' tattooed on the side of his body, which is the area code of his home city. The four is only partially shaded in so that it looks like a one, also reading '1-16', representative of Aaliyah's birthday on January 16.

He also has an Aaliyah back piece.
