Look Inside Taylor Tomasi Hill's New York Apartment
See inside the living space of the street style icon and Moda Operandi Artistic Director.
You've seen her all over street style blogs, and now - thanks to Vogue - you get to see inside Taylor Tomasi Hill's New York apartment. Currently the Artistic Director of Moda Operandi, but most-known for her previous post at US Marie Clare as Style and Accessories Director, it shouldn't come as any surprise that her New York apartment is just as tasteful as her superior sartorial choices. Sharing the light-filled living space with her husband Chase, the two (who both have backgrounds in industrial design) have similar taste except for a few things, with Taylor telling Vogue, "My husband bought himself a boat painting on his birthday that I find just horrible. I told him he couldn't put it in the apartment, and the next night, it was hanging over our bed! It's in storage now." In place of the boat painting above their bed now is a photograph by Arthur Elgort, which is one of Taylor's favourite pieces of art. "I try to jump into pools fully clothed as often as possible, shoes and all," she says. One thing that might surprise you about Taylor is her penchance for hot sauce. Texas born and bred, Taylor and Chase receive a shipment of Marie Sharp's hot sauce from Belize once a month because it's not available locally.
