Milan Fashion Week: Marni

A look behind the scenes.

If you've ever bought a printed dress and wished you could have a bag that matched identically, this season's Marni (as shown in Milan this week) is for you. Oversized suits, patterned outfits that would make any mother-of-the bride drool and this season's belt-over-coat obsession reflect Marni's finesse for combining the classic and the on-trend. Long-hemmed and layered, the collection avoids the dowdy with bitching leather and jade fur. The finishing edge is attained through big sunnies, large earrings and massive heels.
