PAM AW12 Lookbook
Hand-printed geometric patterns and creeper-cross-reef shoes.
Melbourne-based label PAM has just released the lookbook for AW12 collection 'Deep Forest Remix'. Inspired by Henri Rousseau's naive jungle paintings, co-designer Shauna Toohey, who helms the label with husband Misha Hollenbach, says the collection is "about metamorphosis, rhythm, the beauty of colour and diversity." Both Shauna and Misha are practicing artists on the side, and the geometric patterns are hand-printed this season, reflecting a DIY idea that is so important to the brand. As always, it's an offering that blends an arty aesthetic with wearability, and the Rosseau flatform sandals are sure to be a talking point. With a hand-carved wooden platform and neoprene accents, they're like a cross between a creeper and a reef shoe, with only 150 pairs of each style having been produced worldwide.

'Deep Forest Remix' is in-store now.
