Paris Fashion Week Backstage: Dries Van Noten
Kurt Cobain shades, kimonos and Julia Nobis.
Dries Van Noten has our vote for best show of the season so far. It was boy meets girl in a mishmash of plaids and florals and tailored shapes in soft fabrics. Impossibly cool, the grungy collection featured loose shapes that either gathered at the waist or hung from the hips. We loved the checkerboard pumps, the ethereal screen prints, and the robe-style outerwear — comfort and style!
