paz de la huerta in nurse 3d
And a look at hot/evil nurses throughout recent history.
Consider this to be method acting at its most interesting. When we interviewed Paz de la Huerta for Oyster #90 she revealed that her first job was as a "server" ? not the kind where you serve sandwiches in a cafe, but the kind where you serve lawsuits to unsuspecting gentlemen (in her case, after seducing them in a nightclub).
A few years later, and with plenty of NSFW screen experience under her belt, the actress/director/artist is again posing as a beautiful temptress who isn't quite what she seems. In the upcoming psychosexual horror film, Nurse 3D, Paz will play the role of Abby, a regular nurse by day and punisher of evil men by night. We hope the men actually are sufficiently evil, because when we say "punish" we mean "slaughter" ? but we're finding it difficult to harbour ill feelings toward someone who is this much of a BABE.
Obviously the idea of the naughty/nice nurse isn't exactly novel, but we doubt it will ever get old. Need proof?

Maybe 3D isn't all it's cracked up to be ? Richard Prince's Nurse Paintings are even scarier than the writing inside the pulp romance novels they were inspired by.

Prince's paintings went on to inspire both a Sonic Youth song and the Louis Vuitton Spring '08 womenswear collection, though this is far from the creepiest thing Marc Jacobs has done.

Still a dish.

The photography of horror tastemaker Tim Palen, who explores the intersection between caretaking and punishment, was the actual inspiration for Nurse 3D. Director Douglas Aarniokoski suggests his photographs will look extremely visceral in 3D. I guess we would have to agree.

Nurse Ratched from One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Not as visually captivating as Paz or Heath, but it is interesting to note what happens when you put The Trunchbull in a nursing cap.
