Tiger, Asia’s leading beer label, is inviting all Australian designers, artists, illustrators, photographers, fashionistas and graffiti artists to get their entries in for the Tiger Translate 2010 Global Showcase. Unfolding in Melbourne this November, Tiger Translate is a unique opportunity for budding creatives to showcase their work, connect with fellow artists and hopefully kick off a few international collaborations.
This year’s fairly loose theme is ‘Balance’ and a rather impressive creative panel will judge the works based on concept, originality and strength of expression. Judges include head art curator from the City of Sydney’s Art and About program Victoria Johnstone and Murray Bell of Semi Permanent.
November’s exhibition will explode with an exclusive party featuring an edgy mix of DJ’s, live art and street artists and the announcement of the overall winner who’ll claim a spot as one of Tiger Translate’s global artistic elite.
