Tame Impala, the four piece who conquered summer in 2010 with 'Desire Be Desire Go' from their first full length album InnerSpeaker, are back with a new release. Lonerism comes out this Friday, and it's exactly what die-hard fans have been craving. Frontman Kevin Parker simultaneously laments and celebrates his crippling introspection set against bluesy riffs, floaty vocals and sundrenched organ swells. Modern-sounding synth parts, rock 'n' roll drumming and an unexpected piano ballad keep it from being too derivative, and there's bound to be a feel-good summer hit or two in there.
