Top 5: FW12 Beauty Looks
Our favourite beauty looks fresh from the international runways.
Fashion month has come to a close. This is a round-up of our favouite beauty looks seen on the runways at New York, Milan and Paris.
Dark Eyes
Prada and Versace gave their models black eyes. While eyelids were dark, Prada added colour to the models' brows, along with coloured eyeliner and white mascara. It was the blacker the better at Versace, eyes highlighted by cropped fringes.

Bare Skin, Bright Lips
At Thakoon, Jil Sander and Rick Owens, bright lips in red and pink were tempered by understated faces. From faded, light eyebrows to just the faintest whisper of mascara and ostensibly no blush in sight, the lips were left to do the talking.

Eyebrow Art
Chanel encrusted eyebrows with glitter and sequins, while Jeremy Scott bordered brows with neon bindis. At Chanel, eyebrow adornment was complimented by slick pony-tails and glossy lips, while Jeremy Scott went all-out with coloured, crimped hair and cybergoth-meets-Tumblr lips.

Coloured Lids
A case of the pink eye has never looked so good. Dries Van Noten rendered eyelids, right up to the brow, in powdery shades of orange, red and pink. Anna Sui's makeup direction was similarly easy on the eyes, with inky cobalt lids.

Stained Lips
Another trend seen on the runway was dark, cherry-red stained lips. Gucci did theirs with pale brows, and Botega Venetta had sleek wet-look hair and a bit of shimmer on the cheekbones.
