Watch: James Franco Directs Lindsay Lohan in R.E.M. Clip

James Franco's music video for the R.E.M track 'Blue' surfaced over the weekend. The track, which is featured on the band's 15th (and final) album Collapse into Now, was actually released last year, but as we all know James is a busy man so cut him some slack.
The clip is a nostalgic, melancholy montage featuring LA landmarks — the Roosevelt, Chateau Marmont, the Hollywood Walk of Fame — plus cameos by Agyness Deyn (chillin' in a chopper) and everyone's favourite mess, Lindsay Lohan. The footage of Lindsay is from the Chateau Marmont shoot she did Terry Richardson last year. Shots of James in drag (from his shoot with Terry for Candy magazine) are also in the mix, but for the most part he appears in the clip resembling a very introspective and serious film director.
