Watch: Johnny Depp & Natalie Portman for Paul McCartney
New clip for 'My Valentine' with styling by Stella McCartney.
Paul McCartney is back (not that he every really went away), with Johnny Depp, Natalie Portman and his own daughter on board. ‘My Valentine' is his new single and we’re tipping it as one of the year’s best collaborations. And how could it not be with the amazing combined talents (and striking good looks) of acting royalty Johnny and Natalie, styling by design royalty Stella McCartney and — the closest you can get to actual royalty — Sir Paul himself? Johnny and Natalie had creative input, developing their own systems of sign language for the clip. Johnny is actually playing the guitar solo, having recorded it live for the video version of the song while Eric Clapton plays on the original. Paul directs the video, and with cinematography by Wally Pfister (Inception, The Dark Night), the ex-Beatle has created three versions of the video. Which is your favourite?
Natalie and Johnny:
'My Valentine' is one of two original songs appearing on Paul's jazz cover album, Kisses on the Bottom, which came out in February.
