Watch: 'Push and Shove' by No Doubt (Prod. by Major Lazer)
Plus, we countdown our top 5 No Doubt videos ever.
One of the best things about No Doubt (apart from the magic of Gwen Stefani) is their ability to constantly reinvent that 90s aesthetic that makes them so iconic. They make the 90s look as ageless and current as Gwen herself. The video for 'Push and Shove,' the Diplo-produced title track off their first album in over a decade, is a black and white affair shot by long-time No Doubt friend Sophie Muller. Watching it will make you want the band to adopt you as their friend or pet.
Come to think of it, No Doubt have produced some of the best, most fun music videos of this era. Here are our top 5 No Doubt videos of all time.
1. 'Sunday Morning' (Directed by Sophie Muller, 1996)
Spaghetti! Food fight! Gwen's outfit!
2. 'Underneath It All' (Directed by Sophie Muller, 2002)
Largely for the part at the end where Gwen is wearing basically no make-up at all and is so pretty it hurts. Also, it's just a really good song.
3. 'Just A Girl' (Directed by Mark Kohr, 1995)
This does not require an explanation.
4. 'Ex-Girlfriend' (Directed by Hype Williams, 2000)
Pink plaits. Braces. Hype Williams.
5. 'Cool' (Directed by Sophie Muller, 2005)
This one's a cheat, as technically it's Gwen Stefani solo. But everything about the video and the song is so good that we're simply to allow it.
