Watch: Rachel Rutt for Billy Bride's 'DIP'

And see a gallery of beautiful film stills of Rachel shot by her boyfriend.

Rachel Rutt stars in DIP, a short film by Billy Bride to accompany the latest collection, 'Bells'. The two minute video is the latest installment in an ongoing series in which the Sydney-based jewellery label gathers four creatives (a film maker, art director, stylist and photographer) and asks them to explore the emotional resonance of keepsakes — those little treasures we all cherish, which are sometimes beautiful and often lame. Billy Bride’s, however, are anything but the latter, rather, they’re mysterious, and precious with a bit of bohemian charm.

DIP sees filmmaker Alex Serafini working with friend and model Rachel, stylist Ruby Heery and art director Gibson Fox to explore notions of suburbia, freedom and an old fashioned swim in the backyard pool. Shot from above and below the water’s surface, the film is a sweet and sundrenched ode to both Billy Bride’s pieces and the flawlessness and free spirit that is Rachel.

The unreleased stills in the gallery above feature Rachel shot by her boyfriend Jack Salkild.
