Watch: 'The Shrine / An Argument' By Fleet Foxes
Eight minutes of animated amazingness.
Fleet Foxes have released the video clip for their epic, eight-minute long track 'The Shrine / An Argument'. Opening with a sprawling, The Stranglers-style melody, the song then spans different movements like a play ? that's how epic it is. The accompanying video is animated by Sean Pecknold, who, fun fact, is brothers with Fleet Foxes frontman Robin. Off their latest album Helplessness Blues, 'The Shrine / An Argument' will be out on December 12 and huge music nerds will froth at the mouth over the news that a limited edition 12" of the single will also be released, featuring a live version of the song plus live versions of 'Blue Spotted Tail' and 'Montezuma'. Until then, check it out below:
Fleet Foxes will be playing at the Sydney Opera House on January 2, 3 and 4 — you can buy tickets here.
